Building Lindungan Sdn Bhd held a Building Condition Assessment (BCA) Courses to their staffs on April 24 & 25, 2019 at Bilik Mesyuarat Gunasama, Level 2, Bangunan Persekutuan Besut, Terengganu.

The courses was conducted by Sr. Dr. Syamilah Yacob from The Malaysian Asset and Project Management Association (MAPMA), which has a wide experience related on building condition assessment. Sr. Dr. Syamilah Yacob is a Senior Building Surveyor at Public Work Department, HQ Kuala Lumpur, also a council member in The Malaysian Asset and Project Management Association (MAPMA) and a committee member in Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM).

The 2nd day of courses was conducted by Prof. Sr. Dr. Azlan Shah bin Ali is a professor in the Department of Building Surveying, Faculty of Built Environment, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, where he has been a faculty member since 2004. Dr. Azlan completed his PhD at Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia specialising in building refurbishment. Dr. Azlan is a Chartered Building Surveyor, UK; a Registered Building Surveyor, Malaysia; a Registered Property Manager, Malaysia; a Professional Technologies, Malaysia; a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (FRISM) and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (FRICS). He has served on the accreditation, membership and education committee of Building Surveying Division, RISM for more than 10 years.
