Building Lindungan Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 14 November 1994 to undertake the award of the privatization of building maintenance support services for federal government building in 3 states which are Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang for a period 10+5 years effective on 1st April 2001. Continuing our excellence, the federal government has extended our maintenance support services until March 2026.

We are competent and experienced in the field of facilities management & building maintenance where we plan, manage and implement all aspects of engineering facilities maintenance, security, landscape, cleaning & pest control.

Building Lindungan provides the best quality service to our customers in the area of facilities management and maintenance. We take pride in delivering our customer’s needs and are committed to meet the highest standard in the industry.
