Lift System
- Daily visual and pre-detection work on the system.
- Supervise all maintenance work carried out by licensed Vendor (s).
- Repair work, if any.
- Monthly report and proposal (s) to Client on status of the system
Chiller System
- Daily upkeep and maintenance.
- Daily Visual Check.
- Scheduled maintenance work in accordance to CMIS.
- Repair work, if any.
- Monthly report and proposal(s) to Client on equipment performance.
Cooling Tower System
- Daily Visual Inspection.
- Scheduled maintenance work in accordance to CMIS.
- Repair work, if any.
- Co-ordinate with related Authorities.
Electrical System
- Main switch board (MSB)
